Personal data are processed exclusively in accordance with the GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Processing is carried out only insofar as it is necessary for the provision of this website, the fulfilment of our statutory objects, the administration of membership relationships, or the conduct of correspondence.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (IONOS SE, Germany). Upon access to the website, the following data are processed automatically: IP address; date and time of access; browser type; operating system; referrer URL. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log files are deleted no later than 30 days after creation.
4. Cookies and Consent Management
This website employs cookies. Cookies that are not technically necessary are set exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
5. Google Analytics
We employ Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. IP addresses are anonymised. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

In the event of contact by e-mail or via the contact form, the data transmitted shall be processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
8. Membership and Donor Data
In connection with memberships and donations, we process inventory data, contact data, payment data, and membership-related data.
9. Retention Periods
Personal data shall be erased as soon as the purpose for which they were collected ceases to apply and no statutory retention obligations preclude their deletion.

You are entitled to exercise the following rights: right of access (Article 15); right to rectification (Article 16); right to erasure (Article 17); right to restriction of processing (Article 18); right to data portability (Article 20); and right to object (Article 21 GDPR).
